  1. Glazyrina is suspended, good tactical reason. http://www.biathlonworld.com/news/detail/ibu-press-release-1
  2. Blick is fast "They both have a medal already!"
  3. Come on Sofia, you can get gold in downhill or giant slalom, don't do it here..
  4. This guy has no idea what he's talking about.
  5. Forgetting former top junior slalom skier Stuhec?
  6. Yes but Switzerland needs gold today
  7. That middle part might have costed Holdener the gold..
  8. Marco Büchel is pretty scared about Lara's knee on German TV. The replay looks like her knee is moving in a direction a knee shouldn't move in..
  9. Already at the top-8 of the downhill, I didn't quite see it was going so fast
  10. Ekaterina Glazyrina has been withdrawn from the sprint for 'tactical reasons'
  11. And this came online 12:48 today, an article about some machine that "massages Gut back to fitness".. http://www.blick.ch/sport/ski/wm/oberschenkel-der-nation-diese-wunderstruempfe-massieren-lara-wieder-fit-id6199582.html
  12. Gut's trainer: "It's her left knee and it's looking very bad. She's not doing well at all."
  13. That's it for Lee Seung-hoon's home hopes for gold in the mass start. Fell in the pursuit and it looks like he's gotten a blade of a skate in his leg.
  14. gold in the women's team pursuit with a time that's only 0.06 seconds above the world record, this track and their wind machines are annoying
  15. By the way, painful finish of the "Alternative Eleven Cities Tour" in Austria some days ago...context: the "Eleven Cities Tour" is the Netherland's biggest and most prestigious speed skating race, skated over 200km between eleven cities in the north of the country on natural ice (so frozen lakes and rivers), meaning it only happens when the winter is cold enough. The last time was in 1997 and every winter when it's starting to get cold and lakes are starting to freeze, the media goes crazy with predictions about whether or not the race will be held this time Since it's so long ago, they have an 'alternative' race on an Austrian lake every year, which is sort of prestigious as well. One of the best marathon skaters, Elma de Vries, sprinted on her way to the win this time.....then this happened
  16. Brianne Tutt falling down in the team pursuit, a couple of meters before the finish while on their way to a very good time..
  17. Some luck/good catch for Klicnarova
  18. Jan Smeekens world champion If there's one Dutch sprinter I'd like to see finally take gold, it's Smeekens after his drama in Sochi
  19. This is not the Lindsey Vonn we know..
  20. With Switzerland being my favourite alpine skiing nation, I wouldn't say no
