Nope 'Exam administrator' at the place where I study. Since I basically never came here anymone and they have to find me a job, it's rather useful if they actually know my name and face and qualities, so to be here more often, I started doing this since a month or so Only 3 candidates today and the first two already left, so instead of studying in quietness I can watch a sports livestream (I'd have preferred there to be no more candidate today because then I could have attended a presentation by Israeli hackers, but alright)

No, I would not, but I think half of the participants are not 'passionate TISC fans'. Just people who think it's a nice idea. I'm not saying rules should be ignored or something, by the way. Just that it's not always needed, especially for something that really just is for fun, to be super strict. But again, the last and final word should be in the hands of the organizers

I see a buttload of users who I only ever see in TISC or prediction contests or maybe their own national thread. No reason to not allow them to participate. Is following the rules really that much more important than having an extra song to vote for in a music contest that's just for fun?
