  1. Things are getting pretty desperate when a 4 months old interview is suddenly the talk of town among Trump campaign staff.
  2. I believe that's pretty close to the movies that came out while the cinemas were closed here in Denmark. Sure it's something else than movies originally considered for streaming services and I don't quite agree with the idea, but it's just not exclusive to Disney.
  3. At least here in Denmark that has been the way with movies that didn't go to the cinema due to covid
  4. I believe it's a Jewish tradition.
  5. Let's just once again make one thing clear! ASO changed the points system. That's their right and if they believe that makes a more interesting competition that's completely fair. Meanwhile it's the UCI Commissaires making the decision, both when disqualifying Sagan in 2017 and relegating him now.
  6. No major change of line from van Aert. And if he should never show again for the race, he would need to stay away from every single UCI race. It's not ASO making that decision
  7. A bit questionable sprint by Sagan. Could be up for discussion. But he's looking a lot stronger than in the start.
  8. Let's remember that there are more than 300 nominees and at least last year he was nominated as well (by the same Norwegian politician (considering that it's really secret)

  11. Though the idea was interesting and (partially) well done, I'm really not buying that much into the hype. The characters were extremely uninteresting and the movie defied its own logic a few times. Sure some nice scenes, but if it wasn't for the special premise of the movie, it would feel rather boring.
  12. Except statistics showed very much that there's not much reason to believe in the idea of the silent Trump voter (especially those "afraid" to say so). The polling doesn't show any reason to do so.
  13. Still better than Trump!
  14. Better than Winner Anacona?
  15. Trump isn't really better at that. He's just better at showing confidence while doing so. Really shows one of the things working for Trump. The fact that he makes just as much mistakes while talking barely gets any attention. And that senile thing... He has done it pretty much all his carreer.

  17. 2/3 through the men's right now
  18. Man. I thought the tennis predictions took long back in the days. With set numbers it takes an eternity to fill!
  19. Sagan not showing great shape
  20. Eventhough I watched the Danish Championships, I really struggle to get used to it not being Mørkøv in the Danish jersey. It was hell yesterday when I couldn't just look at that one to see how he was doing setting up Bennett But today Asgreen is helping by being in the break!
  21. I expect that it's cooling spray. Could help out through the fabric as well
  22. Well. Can't really say that the big families are doing great. There's only one active Kennedy i politics right now and it looks like he'll lose the primary in Massachusetts. Jeb Bush lost the presidential primary which he was one of the favourites for meaning that George P. Bush is the only active one there. (he could be up for something big in the future, but that seems pretty unsure), Clinton isn't that much though Hillary will by all means stay active, at least as long as we have a Trump as president and Obama isn't more of a political family than the fact that people like Michelle. And Harris as VP makes perfectly sense. Sure, Biden is pretty much certain to get much more black votes than Trump, but he needs more of them to vote. The turnout among blacks dropped 4 years ago to a level that was even below 2004 (don't think comparing it to the Obama elections will do much good). And who's gonna help with the blue collar workers? Biden is pretty much the strongest of the democrats there, unless you think the more progressive people will do better. Second it's good for the senate election which could end up just as important as the presidential. Right now it's not unlikely that the democrats can flip enough seats to get both chambers. That would be more challenging if picking other candidates like Duckworth, Warren or Baldwin who would need to be replaced in more uncertain states. Third, it really is questionable how much effect the VP pick does have on a ticket. It's not unlikely that Palin helped McCain lose back in 2008, but generally the effect is small at best.
  23. I never really got the idea of Michelle Obama as president. Sure, she's popular, but she is no politician and has stated several times that she don't want to be one, especially after 8 years in the White House. She's charismatic and did a very fine job as a first lady, especially with her child obesity focus, but there's a damn long way from being first lady to being president where an "easy", non-divisive cause is nowhere near enough.
