  1. You haven't been reading this forum that much, if you come to this conclusion only now...these pages are a masterpiece of humanity if compared to some of the hundreds/thousands of posts that are often deleted by mods.
  2. Why are you saying this now, did they confirm that the selection criteria have been met?
  3. A German who has often claimed that Germans are superior athletes ( who can only lose because they are the only honest hardworking people in a world full of dopers) also claims that whole categories of people are of no use for society
  4. Poor Korean girls, an u18 team (plus a 22 yo goalkeeper) sent to be slaughtered, they could have refused the host quota. And Russia destroyed Canada, that will get a free Olympic quota because they are from the right continent. Luckily South Africa has not improved a bit so they won't think twice t before refusing theirs.
  5. And here we go with the first casualties of ridiculous qualification systems...a World Champion and a World medallist and World Series winner in this Olympic cycle will miss the Olympics.
  6. Results on FINA website were live for diving today http://www.fina.org/event/18th-fina-world-championships/results-1

  13. It's offside...at 0:45
  14. So it's an average of 6.0 for the winner, and the site claims that she wants to qualify for Tokyo... And nothing to be found about the mixed team which is an Olympic qualifier?
  15. https://results.universiade2019napoli.it/#/schedule and select the sport you want
  16. 144 arrows?
  17. The Road to Doha website is up after all. https://www.tilastopaja.com/roadtodoha/
  18. Copyright, FIFA must have removed all videos and I can't find it now ...it was a slow-motion replay from the front of this tackle by Van Lunteren on Hurtig, 67th minute, where you could see the Swedish player moves the ball and the Dutch clearly hits her leg and foot. Edit: this is also clear although the camera angle is not ideal: https://streamable.com/tp061
  19. A clear penalty for Sweden ignored by the ref and the VAR (around the 70th minute mark more or less), I posted the video in this thread somewhere...it's on page 60
  20. In the end England were the closest to bring USA to the extra time at least, while the Netherlands were really lucky to reach the final: outplayed by Japan, they got the weakest team in the last 8 and still Italy missed two big chances in the 1st half before collapsing in the 2nd, and a big help by the refs against Sweden.
  21. 2 teams per nation can play in the UCL.
  22. ^That's nonsense, the IAAF regulations for athletes with DSD are valid for 400m as well and are still in force except for Semenya as far as I know. If Seyni really is "a more masculine version of Semenya" and had never been tested before her breakthrough of this year, she will be gone soon.
  23. They are sub iudice so not present yet. A sound was heard just after the start, British swimmer Wood did not start thinking it was the signal of a false start. The other swimmers completed the race. Wood filled a protest which was accepted. So they will have either to repeat the final (but according to the press, everyone except Wood refused to do it) or Wood will swim alone and her time will count against the times of the other swimmers.
  24. So there was something wrong and not only losing fans complaining? Irrati was the VAR...the best one in Serie A for 2 years in a row, he's not incompetent and commits very few mistakes. I'd say some of the possibilities are: a) a huge blunder, like he was looking elsewhere or something like that or b) technology didn't work or c) he got instructions to favor NED over SWE or d) NED player is his girlfriend. Choose the one that you prefer, I'm not certain.
