  1. Damn, when i had time and watched tennis more seriously, such things didn't happen. And Monte-Carlo is not your typical place for upsets. I should have followed it more closely this week. Think thing are looking good for Federer, when he steps on the clay.
  2. I'm rooting of course for one John Higgins. I'm still bummed for last year, even though if he had to lose to someone, there is hardly anyone better than Williams.
  3. While we are still on this. My mom doesn't even let me go on the balcony if i'm not wearing slippers, just for the balcony, because i would bring dust inside the house.
  4. Then we should take a closer look at your statement of being a normal person.
  5. That's not only in Slovakia. Every normal person should be doing it.
  6. Three full weeks would be much better, but they wouldn't want that, because uhm ''costs"
  7. Marky Mark falls and makes the race more interesting.
  8. I can't even imagine what would happen here, if we start losing to, for lack of a better term, exotic nations. This sport has accumulated so much baggage and dynasties, after being at the top for 60 years, that even the thought of not fighting for a win/podium is unthinkable. I would also want our nation to be good at many other sports, young girls trying other sports. But every little girls dream is to be a gymnast. And this kind of gymnast, not the other kind. Because Bulgaria adores the team, they are our golden girls, and are the only athletes that would never be talked in a bad way. Of course they deserve all of that, the effort they put is astonishing. Sometimes you can't escape from traditions.
  9. Very tactical win for Taybe, not much of an attack, just what was needed. She is just a different wrestler this past year. Very smart and confident, no memory of all those silver and bronze medals, when she was stupidly losing titles left and right. Keep working girl.
  10. Hmm, she is a mystery, don't know her. Very good run though, but Taybe is going to run her over tomorrow.
  11. Stellar Biliyana Dudova once again. 3rd straight Euro title in three different categories and without giving a single point in all 4 matches This girl is so amazing. We could have had another title, but two heartbreaking loses beforehand. Our whole womens team is doing a fantastic job.
  12. Thank God for the girls, otherwise we would be a no name in this sport. The guys should be ashamed by their performance time and time again.

  14. Finally a European title once again for us! Since 2014 we didn't have any in weightlifting with the many, many stupid scandals. Bozhidar Andreev with an european receord in the 73kg olympic category.
  15. Sadly yes. Had some injury and then puff nothing. Real mystery what happened to this guy.
  16. Our former wrestler Borislav Novachkov has switched to MMA and has signed with Bellator. It seems he made some ninja videos, which made him somewhat popular in the US and he decided to drop wrestling. It's a shame really, that he didn't truly fulfill his potential. He could have been way more accomplished, but had some close matches and bad refereeing (i remember at one particular Worlds, when he was hugely screwed).
  17. Brackets are out for the first 5 categories for tomorrow - freestyle 57, 65, 70, 79 and 97

  19. 2 silver medals in total after the first two categories. Good start compared with previous years, but these new categories don't have much competition.
