Is it correct? This is more than 22 teams
I think so:
out: Australia, China, Columbia and Kazahstan
in: Mexico and Czech Republic

Hayes and Walker have been competing for Azerbaijan for many years and in many tournaments already, Mollenhauer is younger so I would assume newer to the team?
Why not 4 out of 4?

3 out of 4 Americans on the Azerbaijan team. What is the meaning of this?

If the 5th match is not a draw, the last one will be. 1000 percent.
this group circle is a brilliant system.

the Azeri guy made it to the Olympics without taking an action in 3 games. Nice
This is a serious sport. Especially kata. They appreciate beating up on the nothing nicer. Martial art..yes

I didn’t think there was a ridiculous Olympic sport than 3 * 3 basketball

Based on this entry list let me dare a prediction:
F+67: Top seed Germany and Netherlands, and normally they should make it, outsider chances to France
F67: FRA and AZE should be top seeded, Wiet Henin is also absolute favorite here. The 2nd spot will be more open, could be between AZE, ESP, SWE, UKR and LAT, it will very much depend on the draw
F57: Top seeds Latvia and Poland. I think it will be Latvia and Bosnia who qualifies. I am surprised that Belgium did not send Asemani and Spain not Calvo. Not sure what Alizadeh (RTA) is capable of, but don't give her too much chances.
F49: Cyprus and Russia top seeds. I think it will be Russia and Germany, small chances for AZE and Dina Pouryounes (RTA)
M-58: POR and MDA top seeds if I am not mistaken. This is a really difficult one, I would say Portugal and France or Hungary. the two refugee guys I don't know them, no idea, maybe they are good.
M-68: Top seeds TUR and BUL, they are also the favorite, also chances for France and Sediqi (RTA)
M-80: Top seeds Norway and Greece, I expect MDA and ITA maybe NOR
M+87: Top seeds AZE and TUR, AZE should easily qualify, 2nd spot will be between Croatia and Turkey.
If I got the top seeds wrong all is wrong
Omar Sharif is not refugees.

France just killed the Polish dream in women's Foil, as they won the 3rd place match against the Polish girls by a score of 45-41...
Hungary's 6th place at the end of the day therefore was enough to save their asses and qualify to Tokyo 2020...
Katowice worls cup
7th place match Hungary-Poland 40-33
It decided
Poland would be 100 times more deserving of the Olympics than Egypt ...

Talking about Olympic qualification, huge result for Llavador...while a few teams missing this women's foil stage means that Egypt is basically guaranteed a top 16 spot now.
For the best African team to play well in the African Championship and start in all the World Cups. Practically guaranteed the Olympics ...

Africa has to have a chance to participate though. So, as unfortunate as it is, South Africa is within their right to participate.
The big issue is that FINA have largely ignored Africa. They are very lucky that Egypt, South Africa, Tunisia, and Algeria exist. Those are pretty much the only nations competing anywhere near world standards in various disciplines. I think we’ve seen some improvement in Africa, but Aquatics is by far one of the most underdeveloped sports in Africa. It may have a high amount of competitors, but those swimmers aren’t as competitive as the canoeists, rowers, sailors, fencers, runners, weightlifters, judokas, rugby athletes, and taekwondo athletes we’ve seen emerge from the continent recently.
However, this is how South Africa goes to the Olympics without having to show any performance or beat anyone. Just because it's the only African country that can take 11 swimmers. Nonsense. Positive discrimination.

according to a few prestigious sources, it's basically confirmed (still, not official, but almost) that South Africa decided to take advantage of their "free quota" in both the men and women's Waterpolo Olympic tournaments in Tokyo...
therefore, for what concerns the women's division, the final qualification tournament ( Triest, March 8th-15th) will only award 2 spots...
and it's confirmed that it will be a 12-team tournament with / / / / / (the only teams officially confirmed so far) and 6 more non European teams, with the remaining teams from the last European Championship (in ranking order) standing-by and waiting for possible withdrawals from those non-European teams with priority...
South Africa Wins African Qualifying Tournament? Yeah it wasn't like that. Ridiculous.
