Most likely, our best chance would be in the men's 3000m steeplechase, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

With the end of swimming Canada no longer has consistent chances each day

Yeah, a lot is going on for Canada on Day 9 with medal chances in artistic gymnastics (women's vault), athletics (men's high jump, men's 100m), diving (women's 3m springboard), sailing (women's laser) and swimming (women's 4x100m medley relay). Hoping for a multi-medal day.

This will be the best chance for the men to get on the medal board.

Not really, the three combined are still behind Australia. With a 1:07.xx breast, the United States will pass us, but we are favoured for bronze and hold about a 1.5 second lead over the rest of the field.

Day 5 was a relatively quiet day which saw Canada still win one medal.

Day 6 has medal chances in judo (men's -100kg), rowing (men's pair and women's pair) and swimming (women's 4x200m freestyle relay). I'd also keep an eye on fencing (women's team foil), France is definitely beatable and while any of the other semi-finalists would be a long-shot, having an opportunity for the upset could result in a shocking medal.

They are seeded based on their combined ranking. Both play singles with Sakkari never playing doubles in one of the four majors.

Canada has more experience in doubles so the upset potential is there, but Greece could very well win based on their individual strength.

Skateboarding can stay, but it does need to revamp its format as I mentioned before.

I'm more upset with how the IOC tricked World Skate into submitting skateboarding. They basically strongly hinted that if they took over as the international federation for skateboarding then they may also accept speed roller skating as well and then they went nope and only accepted skateboarding.

Of course, that's not skateboarding's fault...
