Like triathlete Flora Duffy she got her start running in the English Schools Championships. Think she only qualified to run here on the Afghan 100m runner principle.     Also while we are on the subject, we have seen our last 35km walk - from now on it will be Marathon & Half-marathon.

    If anyone has a national broadcaster with a webpage that shows all the individual field event feeds, could you send a link? Asking for some friends in the UK who can't get them.

    That must be new then. Or maybe just for the Worlds, because historically they have not been able to compete. The sprinter Zharnel Hughes is from Anguilla and must compete for us. A bit later...... Ok, just looked it up. Montserrat and Anguilla can compete at Worlds and Commonwealths, but not at the Olympics.

    Big day tomorrow, guys! It's the First Ever World Tram Driver Championships from Vienna! Team Edinburgh are represented, and confidently expected to ace the Avoiding The Drunken Pedestrian element of the competition. Five continents, 25 Countries, only one winner!

    Where does the money come from in cycling? Mainly, equipment sponsors who want to sell $20,000 bikes. Golf, similar. Skiing, similar. Motor sports, much much more. How much equipment is needed for swimming? Pair of trunks = $30, Pair of Goggles = $20. After that,,,,,,,,,,
