    I guess tracks are built they can be tweaked for jumpers, sprinters or distance runners, so you might argue that it's fair that every now & jumpers get a track that is just for them.

    Yeah, having seen a few competitions this year it is actually not as bad as many of us Old Geezers thought it was going to be. It's a genuine blend of skill and strength, and it usually does affect the final result.

    Yes, I think you are right - this time we have decided to take everyone who has qualified on WA rankings, haven't created any extra obstacles of our own. But even then there will still be some reshuffling because smaller nations don't always have the budget to take the No23 ranked shot putter etc.
