Women's Volleyball Qualification to Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games

Surprisingly, Mexico forced the Dominican Republic to a fifth set, which was surprising in itself.

Sadly, they drop the towel in the end. I'm curious about what they can do against Puerto Rico and Canada.

How are ties broken?

If you ask for norceca it's number of wins > points standing > point ratio > set ratio > result between the tied teams.

Thanks that means :CAN is out.

Nvm. If Canada wins next two sets, and DR beats PUR 3-1 tomorrow, with Canada needing to beat Mex 3-0, then Canada would advance.

HUGE competence gap between two groups( like what happened in Rio again). No.1 seed for Host Country is so not fair for World No.1 & 2 and other countries with them. I think China and USA don't care about it too much, but Russia, Italy and Turkey must struggling with this grouping.

Well, Russia will be eliminated in the first round for sure. They are very weak at the moment and were very lucky with the grouping for the OQT.
