It's direct acceptance for players who qualified for singles or doubles already. Any NOC can enter max. two teams based on combined rankings (so not only USA as defending mixed champions).

well, thats the issue, we don´t know ITF has apparently not send any response, and it is already 3 days. so we (and Filip) basically do not know if we have to replace the kid by someone else or they are ok and can play together...
