Finally also something positive for us here. the work with our M K4 squad clearly help Petrušová/Gamsjäger pair a lot. They are still young and I believe if they will continue to work hard like that together, they may absolutely aim for something in Paris in 3 years

So 5 of the 7 SVK boats here qualified to the finals, sadly without any realistic chance to grab a quota..

 

Before the tournament I was pretty confident with Matej Rusnák in C1, but he hugely disappointed today, in other side I am really pleasantly surprised by our young girls especially Lisa Maria Gamsjäger debuting at senior international level today and she did pretty well, sadly not enough quotas remaining to qualify her for Tokyo, but considering what we saw today and what our coaches are talking about her, she may really do something in Paris with fully concentration and training, remember she restarted doing sport only last summer after almost 2 years without any sport activity
