What are the "good execution" references in diving?

Compared to gymnastics, everything looks slightly off. Tucked somersaults with wide open legs, pirouettes also with legs slightly separated, zero toepoint in somersaults, and quite honestly all dives look the same, except for the amount of water splashed.

I see that this is an Olympic qualifier

Did Australia compete ? I don't see them mentioned and I know that they regularly win diving medals

They did not, which likely cost them a couple of quotas.

Yeah, as of lately, everything is reducing to the angle they enter the water and the amount of the splash, while in principle every other element you mentioned should be considering (plus a proper and solid handstand in 10m, not the shaky, unsecure they do as of now)
