Totally off, not in shape, he looked like he only went to Tokyo to kind of feel the experience and said at least he had the opportunity to be at the Olympic pool once. Wont qualify to the final and that is a mediocre and unacceptable performance from him, the only mexican who did not advance to the semifinals, kind of spoils the party
