Obviously now Murphy is saying: I wasn't accusing anyone...

Rylov has been winning this discipline for 5 years now  2x World Champ (LC), 1x World Champ (SC), 2x Euro Champ, has a very good WR. He beat him in the 100 m in 2019 as well.  Murphy is a bit late with the accusations

And that is what can seen as suspicious, Rylov was already at a pretty decent level before the exposure of the State Sponsored Doping. German TV said virtually every single Russian at the 2012 Olympics was on something.

Then he is even better outside the pool, than he is in it. Keeping it a secret for 7-8 years.

Most athletes are pretty good at avoiding positive tests now a days (including probably many British and American ones).
