My only participation was long ago so, I don't remember... Do we have to be present for the Grand Final to enter?

No, it is not necessary. Main participation consists of: entering a song before the deadline and voting before the deadline  

 

Naturally, it will take some time to listen to all the songs in the contests. Average number of participants has been around 33-35 in last 2 years, I reckon.

Thanks, I will most likely not be available on Grand Final day but if it's not necessary then...
