mrv86 2,924 Posted March 24, 2021 #12 Share Posted March 24, 2021 All 4 Mexican women into the final. Let's see if one of them can add enough points to add another quota.

rybak 2,694 Posted March 24, 2021 #16 Share Posted March 24, 2021 Nice to see Oktawia Nowacka returns from retirement But none of our girls didn't make the final, important points are escaping...
Vojthas 947 Posted March 25, 2021 #17 Share Posted March 25, 2021 So, let's sum up: 1. Yes, I am happy it's back. 2. No, I am not happy, that it's back without me in Budapest now. 3. No, I am not happy with the UIPM TV being hidden behind the paywall. It may work with FEI or ITU with big sports popularity. IJF is doing all on Youtube, still developing their coverage. UIPM goes down and down since London 2012. 4. Yes, I am sad with the Polish results on Wednesday - that was so close, but unless you're an outstanding runner (none of our girls is), you can't just do the fencing with 50%-50% on victories-defeats. 5. And I don't really know what to think about Oktawia's come back. With such a poor run (the same she showed two weeks ago in Drzonków), maybe it would be better not to. But she made the decision just six days after she told me she concentrates on CISM competitions, so... Spoiler 6. 13-year-old Japanese? What the hell?! thepharoah 2,290 Posted March 26, 2021 #18 Share Posted March 26, 2021 this stupid decision taken by UIPM reminds me of that stupid decision also taken by PSA professional squash assoc. who decided to make all tournaments with money-subscription
Vektor 3,195 Posted March 26, 2021 #19 Share Posted March 26, 2021 The paywall for such an unpopular sport is ridiculous. This World Cup event in Budapest isn't even on any Hungarian TV channels, and we are one of the few nations who actually care about this sport.
