This isn't final, the WCh will also count. Ahmed Hamed would get the quota right now, he's 15th on the Olympic ranking. There's also a good chance that Ahmed Elgendy will also get a quota from the ranking, which would mean that Egypt will have to choose 2 athletes out of the 3 who technically qualified.

Great work for  Mayan Oliver achieving a second quota in women’s competition.

 

Our men, after a bronze medal performance in Rio, are likely to miss out for the first time in 40+ years, as they all three screwed up heavily (like in 2019 Pan American Games) and now depend on at least one of them finishing top 12 finish at World Championships and pray other contenders miss the final.
