A Brazilian-Italian friend picked up Bruna's ski bag from the police station, doesn't look promising...

And yeah, that was a correct estimate. They're not completely snapped in half or anything, but every single pair is damaged in such a way they're just trash now, including a couple of pairs she bought from Baiba Bendika and one pair she borrowed from Baiba (who luckily doesn't care much about it and is much happier Bruna is still with us).

The boots that were in there are at least fine, the poles seem fine, but yeah...carbon poles, not a good idea at all to use them in races anymore.

At least Norwegian women do look like women, unlike a great many former Soviet, American and East German athletes in a wide range of sports.:d

Now that Björgen retired you actually might be right.

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

If you doubt/can't understand the prodigious talent, great potential and hard work of the likes of Johaug and Bjoergen, then that's your problem, mein Freund. I'm not going to try to change your mind. How about you try getting your friend/compatriot senior Bach to add even more ludicrous sliding sports/events to the Olympic program instead of wasting your precious time on the dirty Norwegians?:d

Congratulations @Finnator123 Finnish girls performed absolutely great today! Amazing.

BTW, do you know how's Jasmi Joensuu doing after what happened to her in sprint? Any interviews with her online? After this fall, and all her reactions, I have just become a big fan of her, I must admit.

Apparently she's ready to go back home after the accident with her ski pole...

Nooooooooo... Poor Kerttu. Damn that lipstick devouer.

Silver and bronze is great, but the Finnish bad luck in interval racing is just never ending. I still get flashbacks from when both Saarinen and I. Niskanen placed 4th in Sochi, also with miniature gaps like Kerttu today.

She is a sprinter so no chance in the team sprint. Niskanen and Paramakoski will probably be the team.
