With the #63 Weathertech and #21 Dragonspeed retiring, that's 10 cars that have undergone the Marker of Doom treatment.

Two of the more notable American entries out as well.

Weathertech thanks to Toni Vilander not paying enough attention and Nyck de Vries not having the patience to wait a few more seconds to pass him. Too bad, that was an unfortunate incident for both.

Oil problem for the #32 United Autosports and with Job van Uitert coming in, their chance for the win is now definitely over. That's such a shame, they were having a terrific battle with teammates of the #22 United Autosports for the win :(

Also the #98 Aston Martin with Paul Dalla Lana in with problems. They've been in from the lead for 6+ laps now, so once again Dalla Lana has the pace to win, but runs into trouble.

After half an hour in the box, Van Uitert comes out with a 3:28.2 in his first flying lap after the stop...the fastest lap in the race (LMP2) by almost three quarters of a second

Wow.

Van Uitert is going balls out, 3:27.5 now. Giedo van der Garde is the only other LMP2 driver who's had a single lap under 3:29 (barely), under 3:30 is still very rare. What a stint, such a shame they had the oil issue.

And Toyota #8 wins without really getting in any trouble anymore. Some nice poker between the #22 and #38 in the LMP2, but it's the #22 that wins after leading for half a day basically.
