Nah, Werth actually had a big degree of difficulty (base value 10.0). :p

Good thing degree of difficulty is calculated automatically, otherwise these judges would just give 100% to Dujardin.

This music for this choreography was so childish.....

:BLR Aliaksandr Faminou and :CAN Jessica Phoenix out of the eventing at last minute.

:POL Pawel Spisak's Banderas was withdrawn during the horse inspection, sadly. Jan Kaminski and Jard will replace them.

Further changes in eventing.

:AUS Australia decided to choose Kevin McNab after all, while Stuart Tinney has been relegated to the reserve slot. Sad.

Meanwhile, Austin O'Connor will replace Cathal Daniels for :IRL Ireland. It is unclear whether this was a tactical option, or if Daniels withdrew last minute (even after getting accepted at the horse inspection). Any word on this? @OlympicIRL @dodge

Unfortunately Cathal had to withdraw Rioghan Rua :(

:GBR Townend leads narrowly so far over :CHN Hua Tian and :JPN Tomoto.

Extremely short dressage test. There is not even a halt at the beginning. Horses just go down the center-line and straight into extension.

Pretty adventurous test for :ESP Gavino & Source de la Faye. The horse blew a fuse in the canter. 47.50 penalties.

Lucinda Green used this opportunity to express her dislike of chestnut mares. "They are too temperamental". :d

    • This came out on the official website yesterday. Updated list of events and competition schedules in Japanese.   Padel and Teqball are on the schedules. Looks like two events for Padel and five for Teqball.   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会競技プログラム.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会デイリースケジュール.pdf   https://www.aichi-nagoya2026.org/files/common/260427競技スケジュール/01_日本語/01_アジア/第20回アジア競技大会セッションスケジュール.pdf   On the sports programme PDF, Padel is #25 and Teqball is #38.
    • looks like the agreement is the international federations are in fact hosting the event, not the AG organizers, so everything is up to them to make it happen.   Teqball is now confirmed to have 5 events (singles and doubles) does it mean easy 5 gold medals for Thailand ?   Padel is not 100% confirmed yet. I assume there are still talks ongoing between the IF and the Japanese organizers.
    • I feel like this year's Eurovision is more wide open than ever 😂   There isn't a clear favorite, and that makes everything more exciting. Finland is looking strong, sure, but Ukraine always knows how to surprise people and connect with them. I was checking out the odds a bit, and I was struck by how quickly they're rising.   By the way, I found a site that compares the odds pretty clearly: https://casasdeapuestaseurovision.com/   It’s nothing special, but it gives you an idea of how things are shaping up before the semifinals. Although we all know how this goes… at Eurovision, everything can change in a matter of minutes
