As I look through my window and see palm trees, long sandy beaches, tropical rainforest and herds of buffalo sweeping majestically across the plains, I realize I probably drank too much Dutch gin at the opening ceremony.

Congratulations to Heywood for having the patience to organize this.

Also nice to see so many members of the Dutch Royal family and the national speed skating team in the audience.
