The last qualification tournament started today in Antalya, Turkey, with men's qualifications.

On the bright side an archer from Bhutan achieved MQS in the ranking round, and he's currently 24 on the individual ranking (Olympic qualification) so I hope they will give him a tripartite quota. Meanwhile, Malawi's archer fell short of achieving the MQS, but they may overlook that and also give a tripartite place to him.

 

Regarding team qualification. Mexico did good but sadly is in the hardest half of the draw; if they survive against Canada and France though, they might get the last spot of the tournament; but being realistic  I think the spots will go to India, Japan and France.

The tournament (which is also a World Cup) will continue tomorrow with ranking rounds for the reamining events (including compound arhcers)

 

Then on Thursday afternoon they will have the team elimination rounds of the qualification tournament, followed on Friday with the elimination round for individuals.
