anyway, you can not take this event (I mean the canoeing at the youth Olympics) too seriously as it has absolutely nothing in common with canoeing at all

JW1x:         Guatemala gets a reallocation from the Host Country quota; in case Chile or Mexico opt to send the 2- ,  should get the spot.

 

JW2-:   if Chile sends their single sculler,  qualifies.

 

JM1x:         Brazil gets the reallocation from the Host Country, as Argentina already qualified a boat at the World Championships
