I doubt most athletes have that mentality that they would go into a game wanting to lose, there's only a few instances that suggest otherwise. That's how I think about it, I always want to win. Don't think it's throwing, I just don't think Jacobs care about this match, also that shot by Ramsfjell 1st was not a given. 

 

Norway and Italy are still very tough opponents, especially Italy in front of their home crowd.

Eh, would not put it past Jacobs to… take the morning off if they feel it’s to their advantage. He’s pretty ruthless.

This Swiss team is curling 89% and have been on fire all tournament long, it would be tough for anyone to beat them playing like this and you don't have many opportunities to capitalize...

I don't agree. Jacobs has that belief and confidence that regardless of who he takes on he can beat anyone.
