a new name appears on ITA's list, two time Olympics Champion in Taekwondo, :UZB Ulugbek Rashitov is now suspended for whereabouts failures.

they found a way to be "clean" during the competition :d but this out-of-competition tests caught them sometimes. this is the 3rd NT member of Uzbek taekwondo team getting caught in past few months and this is the biggest one.

They do have a decent point, to be fair. Most importantly: they are seemingly not keeping athletes from being suspended with this, since athletes being suspended but not named is what triggered this, all they seem to do is not publically naming them. Which, sure, WADA might require them to do, but I highly doubt WADA supercedes national and/or European law.

No they don't have a point at all. They became a WADA code signatory knowing full well their obligations and are failing to meet them and should be ruled non-compliant. The code should be binding on all countries equally.
