For the first time our small country has an athlete, who without a doubt should deserve best athlete of the year award. Without being too "cocky", Armand Duplantis is the only real threat to Tadej Pogačar.

I love Pogacar (and Sinner), but for me, if you don't go to the Olympics out of your own choice in an Olympic year it's a total no no on these kind of awards.
