Before the race I expected Sweden to win this easily but they only ended up 5th... Surprising especially since France finished 3rd after a disasterous start (I'm glad Justine and Julia both had a good race, I hope it will give them more confidence again for the next races)

 

Preuss was literally perfect! She'll be very hard to beat tomorrow.

People would say meh... but 7th place is the best SVK result in a major W relay competition since 2018/19 winter, times from the pre-covid prehistory.

 

Very nice result for our mini-team. This should help calm the girls and boost their confidence in the olympic qualification and battle for the 4 female quotas

It's amazing. Others might not see it as an achievement, but being able to catch up with the frontrunners until the very end of the race is fantastic.

 

Aren't we comfortably at a solid position in the women's rankings? Shouldn't four female quotas be expected? @hckošice

Yeah, this result helped us a lot. I think we are now pretty well guaranteed of the 4 W quotas.

 

Today´s points brought us a comfortable and if my maths are not wrong (which are quite often ) sufficient lead over Kazakhstan for the last 4 quotas spot

Interesting that Thingnes Boe will end his career less than a year ahead of the olympics, and also when he is so close to reach Bjorndalens record in world cup wins.

Which goes to show things like records and such just aren't that important for everyone, at least not compared to personal life
