sounak 9 Posted February 23 #103 Share Posted February 23 It seems TT federation of India have already done their calculations: https://indianexpress.com/article/sports/sport-others/india-table-tennis-teams-make-history-qualify-for-paris-olympics-9173883/ Adriano
Siddhartha Talukdar 124 Posted February 23 #104 Share Posted February 23 Now for the women's team rankings including Singles rankings. This is merely an indicator as obviously rankings changes for 40 x 3 players would be a mammoth exercise. 4 teams would qualify via rankings. So this is my rankings scenario Rank NOC Feb pts WTT 2022 Singles Feb Mar pts WTT 2024 Singles Mar 1 Thailand 1788 492 918 2298 1072 848 2 Poland 1534 492 420 2148 1072 454 3 India 1994 1072 672 2106 1072 784 4 Sweden 1400 492 622 2030 1072 672 5 Portugal 2416 1464 574 2024 1072 574 6 Puerto Rico 2666 1072 1158 1902 308 1902 7 Singapore 2652 1464 492 1762 574 492 players would benefit from the WTT 2024 and each of the players would see a 20 pts rise thus increasing their individual ranking and also team ranking. misses out due to singles ranking as their No 2 player Shao Jieni has massive 175 points expiring in the next ranking cycle Roamingrover86 and Adriano
