I'm so glad 1 May is only 'celebrated' by a small group of semi-communists here and it's nothing official :d

Here we haven't riot, but only a big concert organized by the labor unions. Long life to the 1st May and long life to workers' rights!

I'm sure we will have many more years where at least once per year it's 1 May.

Is there a place where newer members can go to find out how to better use this forum? Like a help or tutorial?

Hello and welcome :d

This could be useful, plus we have this introduction thread if you want. For questions you can always just ask it in this very thread or here, no problem :)

We do not have a real "tutorial", but I think the way a forum works is pretty easy and straighforward to understand if you have some experience on other forums or social networks.

As you see in the home page there are different sections (one for each Olympic sport and some others), every section contains threads and any thread containts replies about that subject. Also in the home page you will find the latest replies block which are the latest threads where users posted something in chronological order. So that is a quicker way to open "hot" threads directly from the home page without passing from the section where the thread is located.

And as heywoodu told you, if you have any doubt you can ask for anything you want in the suggestions and problems thread.
