oh, yes...obviously if you don't go below 4 mins on 4 kms you can't be faster than 60km/h...

 

still, it's always amazing how he goes faster and faster in the later stages of his effort...

 

p.s. mybe tonight he goes under the 4-min mark...

Now we come close to the 4:00 mark even in IP, which has been the magic threshold in Team Pursuit 20 years ago..

 

In other words: Ganna would have won the Silver medal in Team Pursuit at Sydney 2000

Update: after a quick and provisional calculation, Mexico quota will be safe as long as       &  riders don't finish 5th or higher in the final standings.
