Meh, that's now a global event every year. They really should have left something for the continents to have...

Nah, only in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, then we go back to normal

Personally I quite like it, more world championships and less of the continental championships that often feel a bit depleted anyway.

If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Full story and how to help can be found here!

I can barely remember that anyway even if I've watched every single final live, nothing changes for me there :p

The previous Olympics are a little over two years ago and with most events - even though I've seen them - I'm gonna need Wikipedia to know who won.

The Worlds really meant something when it was every four years, and in the era of Olympic boycotts.  Now....well I guess it keeps lots of the smaller federations afloat with TV money.

There isn’t many bright sides to sport being cancelled for presumably a year, but 2022 is going to be f***ing epic!

Contains a bit more information than the previous version. As for start times, the only difference I can see is that the ice dance rhythm dance starts 5 minutes earlier at 19:15 instead of 19:20.
    • Has only retired from Competition though.  Will still be available for Gala Events like The Oscars, Superbowl Half Time Shows, that sort of thing.

    • I think it's already slowly happening. These things happen on their own, not because someone decides to.
    • The think about you writing about is rarer but that doesn't mean that you can belittle, for example, Obama, who won twice in a row. What was he supposed to do at that time? Deliberately lose in 2012 so he could run in 2016? He couldn't have run more than twice. In Trump's case, it's more the downfall of the USA itself: first of all, the lack of credible and capable leaders at a younger age. After all, what happened in 2020 in elections was a parody: two old guys (one with dementia, the other clown with numerous court judgments). Then you wonder why Putin and the leader from China aren't afraid of the USA, since they have such incompetent people as opponents. It hurts me a lot because in the 90s I admired the USA and Clinton was a role model od modern leader in Europe and now? Looking at their elections and their leaders I just smile bitterly.
    • After round 4, only Liverpool remain at 4/4 won    Ranking /Top 8 Pt. Liverpool FC 12 Sporting Clube de Portugal 10 AS Monaco FC 10 Stade Brestois 29 10 FC Internaziomale Milano 10 FC Barcelona 9 Borussia Dortmund 9 Aston Villa FC 9
    • I hope they can repeat this in Milan.
