What on earth is that middle one for? It's in the athletics thread so I assume athletics, but I can't think of a single event where that looks good. Is it to swim in the water hurdle during the steeplechase or something?

Triathlon maybe? I could also be some new Nike tech that would improve athletes aerodynamics. Really love the colors on these uniforms nonetheless.
