I only read the message on the official website's homepage (on the right of the page, "ashore no wind")... unfortunately I don't have a direct connection with that event... Men's RS:X - Women's RS:X - There is a strong possibility that both Oceanian quotas will be unused. In that case also (in men's event) and (in women's event) would qualify...
