So Germany can only participate either per reallocation or if someones medals in Kayak cross, correct?

Your selected C1 paddler will be eligible if he wish to start in K1 as well and also in the Kayak Cross.

 

Yes, Everyone can still qualify tomorrow in Kayak Cross (3 spots available per gender)

 

if someones medals in Kayak cross, correct? Remember there possibly plenty of double starters especially among women, so the quotas can very well fall deeper in the result list

Wow 3 quotas here for :IRL is more than I had hoped for!  I was hoping for at least 1 and that we might sneak 2 so to get 3 is wonderful :)
