Well, I think that considering the pressure that the Italian women's team has been under in recent months, this early qualification is important for them (and for Mazzanti). 

 

And of course, if you don't depend on the ranking you can give your main players a rest.

Both teams should play their best squads because it is better to qualify a year earlier than wait for the rankings outcome. But i think both will be in Paris in the end.
