France can qualify through the European Games and the 1st World Qualifier. After the 1st world qualifier, France will advise which, if any, host quotas they are going to use. Any that aren't used will be allocated through the 2nd world qualifier. Of the 9 weight classes where France could use a host quota, they are still active in 6 - 3 on the men's side and 3 on the women's. Rafa Maciel 1,259 Posted June 26, 2023 #30 Share Posted June 26, 2023 End of day 4 and over half of the weight classes are now at quarter-final stage. Turkey move to the top of the standings having lost no bouts today. They currently have 11 boxers still in the competition - including all 6 women. Italy lost a couple of close decisions today, so they move to 10 fighters still in with a chance of quota. Ireland's women continue to move serenely through the draw with all 6 still in contention although they did lose another male boxer today. Their total is now 9. France didn't lose anyone today so still have 9 fighters in play. Ukraine and Poland both have 8 fighters left. GBR lost another 2 bouts today to leave them with 7 fighters still in with chance of qualifying - 4 on the women's side and 3 on the mens.
