Men's Ice Hockey Tournament at the Winter Olympic Games Beijing 2022

Recommended Posts

:DEN - :CZE  2-1  after 2 periods :mumble:

I have not seen both periods so I can not say anything about them, but definitely did not expect to see this result

I don't know what to say .....

:CZE 1:2 :DEN

Shots on goal: 40:17

Face offs: 34:20

Basically in all statistics :CZE was better then :DEN including the game played ..... Denmark mostly defending the whole game .....

I suppose I don't understand ice hockey anymore ....

It somehow copies the performance of :CZE girls ...... They are much better team on the ice but cannot score enough goals to win .....

:SWE going full gas here. 9-3 shots on goal in first 15 minutes, Does not really help Latvians that they can not stand out of the penalty box

but still only 1 goal scored by Lucas Wallmark

:LAT still with only 6 shots on goal near to the end of the second frame

    • Exactly. Recent developments of the construction haven't been particularly encouraging, and while they'll probably get everything sorted just in time, a lot of North American fans have been quite vocal about every minor inconvenience.

    • Yeah. It was pretty bad that they cancel the contract with the original creative director after 7 months of work. I feel like politics, in this particular context of the changing of prime minister and the cabinet, may had caused changes in organizational decisions regarding the Sea Games including the direction of the opening ceremony.
    • That's what I figured.  Wouldn't be a proper lead up to an Olympics without some media-fueled fearmongering.
