So you realized that what you wrote was bullshit and now you are trying to act like a troll to hide the fact that you were wrong.

Very smart, but it would have more honest to just admit that you were wrong.

Where exactly did i write that? You clearly don't seem interested in an honest discussion, insulting me won't help your point.

Italy doesn't count anyway, their 2 first world cups were a joke. Let's hope for a first time winner in Belgium.

If you want an honest discussion, provide serious proof to back the claim that the 1938 WC win wasn't legit.

Hmmm, you think Austria being forbidden to play by Nazi Germany can't be considered a scandal that throws shade on Italy's win?

I ask for proof for your claim that Germany invaded Austria to help Italy win the World Cup, like you suggested here:

In 1938 Germany invaded Austria, so Austria couldn't participate at the world cup, who benefitted from it? Italy, the same country that fought with Germany during the 2nd world war, coincidence?

Plus I asked before if there was any other World Cup that you considered a joke...If Italy is only 2 times champion, how many World Cupshave Germany and Brazil won in your opinion?

To quote legendary Dutch coach Rinus Michels (who guided the Netherlands to Euro 1988 win): "Football is war."

    • Some notable  retirements:   Elisavet Pesiridou (athletics - 100m hurdles) - She announced her retirement on her 34th birthday. She competed in Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020. She narrowly missed Paris 2024 despite being in good form, the rest of he field seemed to get stronger and her ranking was a bit lower even though she was quite consistent. She struggled with injuries in 2025.   Fani Tzeli (taekwondo) - She was 7th in Tokyo 2020 but didn't qualify for Paris 2024. Still, she is only 24 yo and seemed to be rising up again after winning bronze at the European Championships so it is a bit surprising.   Aikaterini Divari (sailing) - She competed in Tokyo 2020 but didn't qualify for Paris 2024. Only 25 yo.   AJ Ginnis (alpine skiing) - Despite winning a silver at the World Championships he never got to compete at the Winter Olympics as he was always unfortunately injured. A shame as he is by far our best winter athlete ever. Only 31 yo, and I have a feeling he might come back in 2030 based on his last interview...
