I do normally train on my indoor bike five days a week (1 - 1,5 hour per day) but that has been significantly lowered these weeks as you can imagine. Combined with letting my girlfriend taste everything unhealthy and tasty the Netherlands has to offer this has lead to me going from 81 to 83-85kg and thus being able to break Torres' record :d

 

Not to worry, starting next week I'll pick up my training again :p
