Just noticed it now, but what's with this weird schedule where CRO - BRA is on Friday already, whereas the quarter finalists who played a day earlier get to play their QF a day later?  

 

Now in both semi's you'll have one team which had almost a week rest and another which had just four days...

I posted this a couple of weeks ago, there was in Slovakia a guy who bet 44 matches with an eventual win of 300.000 EUR

 

When his match results started turning green one by one until it reached consecutive correctly predicted 22 matches, he decided to not risk anymore and returned (sold) the ticket back to the betting company for 4.000 EUR ...

 

Imagine that, later he found out that he correctly predicted also all the remaining games I would jump out of the window in his place

Algeria couldn't even qualify with an united team. It wouldn't have qualified with any of the 2/5/15/100 Z-level teams.

Fun picture: this was Paulo Bento in 2002 playing in that infamous match with Korea where Portugal got eliminated (plus a bunch of players started fighting, one of them even punching the referee )
