Doesn't work...if I copy/paste the flag I see it while editing but when I save the post it only shows the code with the :

Right click on the flag and "copy picture". It should work when you want to use/copy the same flag. 

If you need more flags than you already have, you can use them from my post from the Athletics qualification thread:
