Italian commentator say that after 3 DSQ proposal you have 5 minuts of stop, but the site say that you are DSQ. Any info?

New rules from this year, first time they used it at the Panamerican games, 3 red cards means pit stop for 5 minutes, another red card is DSQ

I see Corbishley (GBR) has 3 red cards, I think it's much better the 5 minutes penalty than being disqualified from the race.
