I think that was emotions speaking, not himself. Give him some time and I'm sure he'll change his mind.

I like the graphics, look fresh. They could still be better though, especially with field events, which still appear a bit messy but much better than the usual.

 

The camera looking up at the sprinters from the starting blocks is a bit silly though but I have no problem with them trying new things.
