Well done to you both @intoronto @mrv86. I cannot be sure of the entry but it matches what the message Jan Molnar wrote.... he said it was a new song and this song was just released at that time (October 2013). Plus the video seems a tiny bit familiar but can't be sure.

I0m 99.99% sure; just as I heard the first notes, my brain remembered most of the tune. Plus my eyes remembered the guy's green jacket, and then the american football players in the video.

That's good enough for me, I will record this as the inaugural Slovakian entry then

Now we are only missing Romania (and the Lebanese song that was disqualified in that first contest but still appeared on the scoreboard).

 

Btw @mrv86 what was the venue of the TISC Annual 2019 in Mexico?
