Speaking of the recurve bow, Nespoli was eliminated in the quarterfinals despite a 10 in the playoff arrow. Here the medal match: Men's : GMM: Valladont (FRA) v. Jacquey (FRA) BMM: Tsydypov (RUS) v. PHI2019 188 Posted June 24, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 24, 2022 World Archery proposes compound for the 2028 Olympic Games Compound is officially being considered for inclusion alongside the current recurve events on the sports programme of the LA28 Olympic Games. The proposal from World Archery is for an additional indoor archery competition for men, women and mixed teams that would last approximately three days, shorter than the current nine-day Olympic schedule. Competing over 18 metres and indoors, in comparison to the 70-metre outdoor recurve format, would clearly differentiate the two events while building on the successful professional indoor archery circuit that is already well-established in the USA, the host nation of the next Games after Paris 2024. https://worldarchery.sport/news/200806/world-archery-proposes-compound-la28-olympic-games Quasit

nitinsanker 179 Posted June 24, 2022 #8 Share Posted June 24, 2022 Suprisingly poor performance of South Korea at the world cup strength does not come from physical capacity but from an indomitable will. - Gandhi

Well, I belong to the "winter sports = snow and ice" faction and the more events for the Summer Games, the better. Stopped watching sports, there are better things in life. So I remain neutral about this
