Kramer will go. They will give him a spot for the team pursuit if he doesn't qualify based on the matrix. That's what I think.

Would be a surprise as the short track relay final will be on the same day, with the relay final being right before the 500m.

Especially since is arguable the favourite to win the short track relay... and Schulting is not so much the favourite to win the 500m in speed skating :P
