Summer Olympic Games Paris 2024 Tickets, Trips and Experiences

Recommended Posts

I'm still confused about the draw and how they will prevent scalpers and bots signing up massive amounts of entries into the draw?

Other than that I'm excited to sign up for the pack sales this week!

From what I read you will only be able to resell tickets on the official site, at face value. Hopefully that leaves the tickets for actual fans

Thanks! I found that information in the brochure now as well. Hopefully the resale site will be good enough to prevent other expensive resales.

Also interesting there is a link to a pdf that should include all ticket prices, but right now it's still an empty page with only 'ticket prices' on it:

Try the link now- I was able to see the ticket prices, but curiously it only worked in my Microsoft Edge browser.

On first glance, good news is that there are a ton of reasonably-priced tickets, including events I want to see like beach volleyball prelims and rugby finals. Bad news is that many finals tickets aren't available yet, even for some of the sports that aren't as popular.

The ticket prices are definitely not as high as I expected! Although I believe all three of the sessions I wanted to attend are not yet available it seems, a specific athletics session, beach volleyball semifinals and the field hockey women final. I might have to change some of my plans around.

So now we can buy tickets mostly for non-final events? What a scandal. They should sell all tickets include finals and the test in the next phase.  I want to go to the judo/fencing finals...;(

Tbh, there are 2 reasons why I consider skipping these games and focus on Winter 26.

Firstly, i am really worried about safety issues.

Post-euro 16 Nice was total disaster.

we could see how awful and amateurish French police and agencies are

and how easily they loose their focus within days after the big event ends

at least the Olympics are not on july 14th this time

but this idea for opening ceremony is not good for safety reasons, i will not attend for sure even if sb give me golden circle tickets

but that are my thoughts for now

maybe i change my mind when i spend june 23 in Paris

i don’t think so though
