After the entire basketball, canoeing sprint and rowing massive qualifications, what would be the next huge events to keep and eye out for Olympic qualification?

Or is it going to be quiet now, since we're getting closer to winter?

End of September the World Championships Gymnastics will see further qualifications, both team and individual.

Also the OQT Volleybal. The women first (I believe this weekend) and then the men. A total of 12 teams will qualify (I.e. halve of participating teams)

It depends a bit on what you consider huge. Volleyball World qualifiers are starting the day after tomorrow. Wrestling World Championships with many quota places, too. Canoe Slalom World Championships also with many quota places begin next week.

I'm just trying to track down where Lithuania can add more Olympians to the team, so gymnastics and wrestling seem to be the likeliest options.

The road cycling ranks are final in mid-October. That'll be about 150-160 quotas decided with at least 45 countries involved

@Werloc the Breaking World Championships are on in Leuven, Belgium from September 22-24 :)

However, chances for a Lithuanian quota seem somewhat unlikely, as only the winner books their ticket to Paris, and Dominika wouldn't be favored over Ami, Ayumi, and Qingyi. But she'll most likely qualify through the OQS anyway, barring disaster.
