as I said so many times in this forum Rostami is a total jerk. he wants to work alone, doesn't participate in trials etc, just simply go to the main events on his own. of course the weightlifting federation said no   therefore he decided to compete for another NOC. but last thing I heard if our WL federation doesn't let him, he needs to wait 1 year before switching nationality. and our WL federation doesn't grant him that permission. so as things stand he won't be allowed to participate in this event (will be eligible next year)
